Services Offered
- Professional website design and development.
- SEO optimization and Google visibility.
- Maintenance and updates for existing websites.
- Strategic consulting for digital presence.
- Analytics tool integration.

Engagement Process
- Acceptance: the engagement starts with written acceptance of the quote.
- Quote: valid for 30 days from issue date.
- Timelines: agreed case by case in the quote.
- Revisions: included revisions are specified in the quote.

Payments
- Deposit: a 50% deposit is required at confirmation.
- Balance: due on project delivery, before online publication.
- Methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
- Delays: the service may be suspended in case of non-payment.

Client Obligations
- Provide required texts, images, logo, and materials promptly.
- Reply to feedback requests within reasonable timelines.
- Guarantee rights to use supplied materials.
- Do not use the website for illegal activities.

Intellectual Property
- After full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the developed website.
- Third-party materials and open-source libraries remain subject to their licenses.
- Michele Tornello may mention the project in the portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
- Michele Tornello is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties.
- He is not liable for data loss caused by missing Client backups.
- SEO results depending on external algorithms are not guaranteed.
08
Contract Termination
- The Client may withdraw with 15 days written notice.
- Michele Tornello may withdraw in case of breach, with proportional refund for work not yet performed.

Applicable Law and Court
- These terms are governed by Italian law.
- The competent court is Catania, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
